[geomesa-users] incorrect attribution in master branch

It appears that github has not been correctly attributing authors and 
committers since approximately Jan 30. I'm going to fix up the commits 
since then so that they are correctly attributed, and force push to 
master once I'm done. If you have a local copy of master branch, you 
will need to delete it and re-pull from the locationtech fork.
