We do have some jars published, but not for the current version, 1.2.0-SNAPSHOT.

Is that something that you intend to do (soon)?

That would be very useful to be able to use snapshots from the LocationTech Maven repository.

In particular, the GeoServer dependency was updated just after 1.1.0-rc7 tagging, and SNAPSHOT is now referring to a recent 2.8.1 instead of a quite ancient 2.5.1 ☺
