[geogig-dev] link to build server

Hi all,

currently, on the main github page, in the readme you see a red icon "build failing"
which points to the old Travis CI Build job for "boundlessgeo/geogig/"

I issued a pull request to update this to a text link pointing to the current build server at http://ares.boundlessgeo.com/, see
https://github.com/locationtech/geogig/pull/24

I like that green button "build passing" - there's a build plugin for jenkins which could handle that again, see:
https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Embeddable+Build+Status+Plugin
Any chance to get that integrated into boundless' Jenkins Server?
