[geogig-dev] Redirect geogig.org

The geogig.org website is still pointing to the wrong github repositoriy.

I have tried editing https://github.com/locationtech/geogig/blob/gh-pages/index.html - but the change does not show up.

So I am going to guess that geogig.org is still redirecting to https://github.com/boundlessgeo/GeoGig/tree/gh-pages !

I have read over the redirect instructions but it did not make much sense to me. Do we know if geogig.org was transfered to locationtech?
